1. Service Agreement

PortesCar provides vehicle maintenance and repair services as described in each service quote. By accepting a quote, you agree to these terms and authorize us to perform the specified work on your vehicle.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, card, and bank transfer. Late payments may incur interest charges at 5% per annum.

3. Warranty

All work performed carries a 12-month warranty against defects in material and labor, provided the vehicle receives proper maintenance. Warranty excludes normal wear and tear.

Cancellations made 48 hours before scheduled service are free. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% service fee. No-shows are charged in full.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall first be addressed through direct communication. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to German arbitration in accordance with applicable law.

8. Changes to Terms

PortesCar reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
